1. Appointment

You are appointed as an independent, non-exclusive referral agent for Valorra Exchange resale inventory. You are not an employee of Valorra Exchange.

2. Approval

You must be approved by an administrator before you can generate referral links or earn commission. Approval may require identity verification and bank details.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to market properties honestly, not to misrepresent prices, ownership, or availability, and to act in accordance with our platform rules and anti-fraud policy.

4. Referral Attribution

You receive a unique referral link. A buyer who registers or submits interest through your link is attributed to you automatically, which protects your commission.

5. Commission

Your commission is negotiated between you and the buyer — typically around 7% of the property value, but you may agree higher or lower. There is no minimum guarantee; commission is earned only when the deal completes.

6. Commission Payment

Commission becomes payable when the deal completes and is paid according to our payout process. We are not responsible for a buyer's failure to pay.

7. Confidentiality

You agree to keep buyer and seller information confidential and use it only for the purpose of the transaction.

8. Brand Use

You may use approved marketing materials to promote listings, but you may not use the Valorra Exchange name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement beyond your role as a referral agent.

9. Termination

Either party may end this agreement at any time. Commissions already locked on completed deals remain payable.

10. General

This agreement is governed by the laws of Nigeria. The full terms of service apply alongside this agreement.
